Before you decide.
Can I connect multiple developer tools on Free?
Yes. Free workspaces may connect any two supported providers, which is enough to experience cross-tool correlation. Pro unlocks unlimited connections for the workspace without a separate fee for each provider.
Does unlimited connections mean one account per member?
No. Connections belong to the workspace and are managed by its owner or admins. Unlimited means unlimited shared workspace connections, not independently managed private provider accounts for every member.
What counts as a Pro seat?
Pro seat billing is planned, not live. The intended unit is an active workspace member, including the owner. Exact add/remove-seat billing timing will be published before checkout launches.
Does every team member need their own account?
Team invitations and roles are planned for Pro and are not available yet. Provider connections currently belong to the workspace; independently managed personal provider accounts are a later phase.
Is Pro billed per workspace or per user?
The workspace is billed, for the number of active members it has. The workspace owner manages the subscription; members never buy their own.
Can I cancel later?
Pro checkout is not live. Cancellation and downgrade behavior will be shown before purchase when billing launches. A downgrade will not delete workspace data.
Do you support annual billing?
Not at launch. Only monthly billing is planned for the first release. If annual billing matters to your team, tell us and it will inform what we build next.
